I am so very thankful and appreciative of all of the love and support that was shown last week at the Black Beauty Summit. Hundreds of women from Chicago to Delaware and even Atlanta came out to celebrate Black History Month with Chicago’s largest natural hair community “Chicago Natural Beauty Meetup.” I am amazed that this little community that started out with just one member has grown to over 1700 members. There are so many things I want to share and people I want to thank for helping make this event a success, if I have overlooked anyone please charge it to my head and not my heart.
