Looks like everybody and they mamma watched Beyonce at the Superbowl last night. She did a great job! What I loved seeing most of all was the amount of female musicians and dancers Beyonce hired to support her performance. Last night was not the first time I’ve noticed this, she spoke about this is a previous interview. Beyonce intentionally hires women and minorities because she noticed a lack of diversity in the entertainment industry. I was so inspired by this, for many years I have embraced this as my personal business practice. What a great way to kick off Black History Month.
